Brantley Gilbert’s Life Lessons From Tim McGraw

Superstar declares an "impressive Amigo"

Brantley Gilbert is here to confirm what we suspected from the start: Tim McGraw is the real deal.

He spent some time on the road last year and admits McGraw superstar dispenses some invaluable wisdom.

"No kidding, Tim is an amazing guy, on and off stage," Brantley said in a recent interview conducted by country radio. "We share some lifestyle choices. ... You know, Tim has been sober for a while. He had good advice as to who goes and so the business was".

In fact, a look at the career of McGraw and no wonder Gilbert and many other artists aspire to that level of professionalism and success. McGraw has conquered the music and film while maintaining that delicate balance of work life and family life with his wife Faith Hill. The latter is what most impresses Gilbert.

"I had the opportunity to travel with him to some shows, and hear him call home and speak with faith and her girls, man, he's just a good father and a good husband," he said.

Not that he needs any advice on how to be a good husband, but the devotion of McGraw family are applicable to the current situation of Gilbert. He recently became engaged to Amber Cochran, a professor is known for some time from his hometown in Georgia.

The Nation BG has done it again! Brantley Gilbert came out on top in both the Album and Artist of the Year category of the 2015 Taste of Country Awards.

Gilbert devoted fans flocked to vote for their third studio album, "Just as I am", but it was a tough race. In the end, Gilbert beat Hunter Hayes 'Argument' by a narrow margin of less than two percent of the total vote, far distancing albums from other names like Eric Church, Jason Aldean and Miranda Lambert for the win.

Artist of the Year voting was a different story, with Gilbert taking more than 38 percent of the total vote - more than 14 percentage points ahead of Luke Bryan in second place. Blake Shelton, Garth Brooks and Lambert completed the Top 5 in that category, while the Church and Aldean fell short in the vote on this occasion, in the rear in our largest category of this year.

Brantley Gilbert Says His Music Is ‘Actually Changin’ People’s Lives’

Brantley Gilbert is mostly known for his hymns party in the country, but the singer says he is certain of its fuller songs that mean the most to fans.

Gilbert entered the mainstream country with his song 'Country Must Be Country Wide,' and your drinking tune "Bottoms Up" was a big hit in 2014, but his latest single, "One hell of an Amen 'is a ballad that goes a little deeper than many of her earlier songs.

"Our fans come to me and say, you know," This song helped me get through Iraq, 'or,' this song motivated me to go get my girl back, 'or,' [This song] helped me cope with the loss of a family member or close friend, '"says Gilbert." That's what really makes it all worth it, if you think about it. "
Gilbert wrote "One hell of an Amen 'with Brian Davis and Mike Dekle after returning from a tour of the USO in 2013, and the most serious issue represents much of what fans have heard on his latest album,' Just as I am . '

"These songs are actually changing" life of the people, and that is certainly the music in a world to me, "shares." That's what this is all about. "
